I'm Kristy, an Academic Advisor for the Upward Bound program on campus. We work with high school students from underserved communities on their journey to be first generation college students. I was a student and Tutor Counselor in the program before entering this position. If anyone wants a side job in the summer we are always hiring teachers!

I enjoy hiking, tennis, soccer, and kickboxing.

I don't have a lot of time right now but I love photography/video editing, and cleaning trash on the east bay bike path.

I just got my passport this month! I love traveling and can't wait to put it to use.

I'm very integrated in media culture. I love all movies, shows, music, and going to concerts. I volunteer at Comic Con every year. This is from a scene in 10 Things I Hate About You in Washington!
